I'm just watching the first part of it and I'm very impressed with that sequence. I have to tell you, I grew my right hand thumb nail long since I watched your first video on harp harmonics, but it doesn't look very confortable to me. :) I think it will be better buying a finger pick like yours for this purpose. BTW, I already composed a new song in which I use harp harmonics during the intro. I will post it later through this site.

Thanks Simon. Awesome as always!

@fl3K, you are very welcome! Great to hear you've taken this idea and applied it in writing a song. Would love to hear it, so let me know when you have uploaded it for sure :)

I sometimes play harp harmonics with just my thumb, no thumb pick. When I use a thumb pick I really like the Fred Kelly bumble bee thumb picks which is what I am using in the video.

Ok, I just ordered a pair of thumb pick ups. Thanks for the advice on the Fred Kelly ones. I can't find them here in Spain but I ordered two of them from the UK. I will record the harp harmonics part again when I got them, it doesn't sound as loud as I would like playing with my bare finger. I will mix it in the song to post it here for you to listen.

Thanks for your answer!

That's great @fl3k! Yes, the thumb picks will definitely bring more volume to your harp harmonics. I look forward to seeing your video :)

Thanks for you comment Simon. I received them two weeks ago but my guitar has been catching dust for some time due to heavy workload. I hope to continue studying guitar and following your great acoustic guitar lessons. I will be posting my creations through this website but I prefer audio files. I'm too shy to post videos of me playing the guitar. ;-)
